Job Description
Primary Task: In order to minimise denials, maximise timely and maximum reimbursement, and optimise the revenue cycle, we must efficiently handle and settle unpaid medical claims and accounts receivable for healthcare providers while abiding by US healthcare laws and client-specific policies from our Chennai office.

Responsibilities
Reach out to insurance companies (payers) by phone, payer portals, and written letters in order to follow up on unresolved claims and address the reasons for denials.
To guarantee coverage, check with insurance companies for patient eligibility and benefits.
Determine and handle any necessary patient credit balances or refunds.
Work out a settlement with payers to settle payment disputes and guarantee accurate claim processing.
Following client-specific call note guidelines, keep thorough and in-depth notes for each account you work on.
Uphold a high standard of moral conduct in every encounter.

Required Abilities:
Proficiency in using medical billing software, EHR systems, and payer portals.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
