Significant autonomy, the chance to use innovative maintenance techniques, and a clear road to promotion into a more senior operational leadership post or perhaps a Plant Head position within our expanding Chennai-based company are all provided by this crucial role.

Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be ultimately in charge of the general dependability, uptime, and effectiveness of all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure in your capacity as Head of Maintenance for our Chennai injection moulding factory. This involves giving injection moulding machines, ancillary equipment, and mould upkeep a lot of attention. A multidisciplinary team of maintenance experts will be led, mentored, and developed by you as you apply top-notch maintenance techniques including Condition-Based Monitoring and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Skills:
Outstanding problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) abilities.
strong motivating, team-management, and leadership skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities in English.

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
