Responsibility:
Enter patient demographic data into the billing system accurately, including names, residences, birth dates, and contact information.
To guarantee correctness and completeness, confirm and validate patient data.
Enter patient insurance information accurately, making sure to include payer details, policy numbers, and group numbers.
Check entered data for mistakes and inconsistencies.
Carry out deduplication and data cleaning.
Keep thorough and well-organised records of all data entering operations.
