Job Description
We are looking to add a highly driven and meticulous QA Engineer to our vibrant production team. Leading initiatives for constant enhancement and managing all facets of quality control, a QA engineer will be essential to guaranteeing the reliable manufacturing of high-quality goods.

What you will do:
Audits and inspections of the finished goods, raw materials, and production-related items should be conducted.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements.
Take part in continuous improvement projects, such as using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies.
Oversee and mentor a team of inspectors for quality control.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching.

What we need:
strong understanding of quality assurance's methods, procedures, and guiding concepts.
proficiency in establishing and maintaining quality control systems.
thorough familiarity with production practices and industry standards.
reading and comprehending technical drawings and specifications.
Outstanding coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
