Job Description :
We have a leading client from Real Estate industry who is currently hiring for Marketing and Sales Manager in corporate sales position for their company.
Position : Based on candidates experience and knowledge
Job Responsibilities :
1. Contacting Potential Clients, Showing Projects, Selling Property, Building Client Leads, Answer Queries, Tele calling, Building Team.
2. The candidate is responsible for Engaging and managing strong internal team relationships.
3. Responsible for following up with inquiries, fixing appointments, going for client meetings, sending proposals, doing follow-ups, making cold calls for corporate lead generation, making sales reports, coordinate training, etc.
4. Responsible for achieving sales and tie-up targets for multiple territories within the city.
5. The candidate is responsible to handle a team of sales executives in setting sales targets, corporate tie-up targets, training and guiding them to achieve the same.
6. The incumbent will be responsible for creating tie-ups with various corporates and relevant 3rd parties to enable marketing activations.
7. Should have an extensive list of contacts with corporates and solid networking skills.
8. Strong proven track record in Corporate Sales, Coupon and Gift Voucher Sales.
9. Marketing and Sales experience is preferred.
10. Must have the ability to work within a team and independently.
11. The Candidate should have strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
