Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Billing team as a Non-Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue cycle by performing essential back-office tasks related to medical billing and insurance claims processing.

Requirements:
Enter medical codes, insurance details, and patient profiles into the billing system precisely.
Check the completeness and correctness of the claim information and patient data.
Create and electronically or manually submit clean claims to insurance carriers.
Keep tabs on the claims' progress and enquire about rejections and denials.
Keep your medical records and patient files up to date and well-organised.

Skills:
high degree of data entry speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to spot and fix mistakes.
Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.
It is preferred to have a basic familiarity of medical terminology.
