Seeking VTL CNC Operators for a Starting point Position
Job Description
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor VTL machines to produce components based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Load and unload workpieces onto and off the VTL using appropriate lifting devices.
Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices accurately.
Perform various machining operations, including turning, facing, boring, and grooving, to produce complex components.
Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to verify part dimensions and tolerances.

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In and Around Chennai
