Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs
Assign work orders, monitor performance, provide training and feedback, and ensure employee safety.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure the proper functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems
