Responsibilities
Identifies issues and mistakes before or after they arise;
regularly identifies common incidents and opportunities for avoidance as well as general opportunities for incident reduction;
investigates assigned first-line incidents and determines the underlying cause of issues and incidents;
When needed, offer clients chat or phone support.
Arranges maintenance windows for patching and configuration adjustments.
complies with the necessary handover protocols for shift changes in order to maintain service continuity.
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: From 18K per month
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in EEE
