Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization

Responsibilities
Analyse current production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement process improvements, such as adjustments to equipment, tooling, and workflow.
Assist in developing production schedules and plans to meet output targets and client demands.
Make and select the appropriate equipment and tools for the industrial processes.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies for manufacturing equipment.

Qualification:
Proven experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
