Responsibilities
1. Manpower Management:
- Manage manpower deployment during the shift based on employee availability and strength.
2. Shift Operations:
- Ensure the plant operates according to the planned schedule during the shift.
3. Material Management:
- Possess knowledge in material management and oversee material arrangements.
4. Maintenance Planning:
- Proactively plan for upcoming maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain shift documentation including production logbooks, maintenance logbooks, and records of quality-related issues.
Role: Shift Incharge
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in EEE
Salary: From 18K per month
