HIMACHAL TOUR ITINERARY

Day 01: Arrival at Shimla (Distance 375kms & 8-10hrs journey) & Shimla sightseeing
Board the Delhi Shimla overnight Volvo bus. On arrival at Shimla bus stand, you ll be picked up and transferred to the hotel in Shimla. After freshen-up proceed for sightseeing in Shimla. Shimla sightseeing and tourist attractions are: Himachal State museum (which has an impressive collection of antiques); Vice regal Lodge (that used to be the official residence of the British viceroys and today houses the Indian Institute of Advanced Studies); Christ Church (Built between 1846-57, it is second-oldest church in Nirth India) & Jakhu Temple (Shimla s famous temple dedicated to the monkey god- Hanuman).
Evening visit the Mall Road in Shimla for walking tours of the local bazaars. Overnight stay in Shimla

Day 02: Excursion to Kufri
This morning visit Kufri - the ultimate skiing destination in Himachal. Enjoy telescopic views of the Himalayan ranges from the Mahasu peak and visit the Himalayan Nature Park (local Zoo) where you ll come across the Sambar, Barking Deer, Tibetan wolves & Snow leopards. Enjoy skiing on snowfall or enjoy a horse-ride or yak-ride at the Mahasu Peak. Kids can enjoy making snowman & pelting snowballs.

Day 03: Drive from Shimla to Manali (Distance 250kms & 6-7hrs. journey) & visit Manali tourist attractions
After breakfast drive to Manali by road. After lunch proceed for local sightseeing in Manali. Places to visit/see in Manali: Visit the 450 years old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi (which has some exceptional woodcarvings which includes carefully carved wooden doors and a 24 meters tall wooden tower). Also visit the Vashisht Kund, Manu Temple and Jagat Sukh Tibetan Monastery. Overnight stay at hotel in Manali

Day 04: Excursion/Tour to Rohtang Pass
After breakfast, full day excursion to Rohtang Pass and Solang Nulla (Valley). The drive to Rohtang Pass is a 51km drive up to 13,400ft. But once up there the stunning views of the snow peaks & glaciers would be an exhilarating experience. A great spot for the adventure lovers; this picnic spot offers challenging activities like, Horse ride, Zorbing, Paragliding and Skiing.
Full day to enjoy at these beautiful points. Overnight stay at Manali.

Day 05: Tour to Kullu Manikaran
After breakfast in the morning leave for day's excursion to Kullu and Manikaran.
Kullu, amidst the majestic Himalayas, and the tranquil setting of the unpolluted River Beas, this lush valley decked with ancient temples from the low valley floor to the mountain tops boasts of over 350 local gods and is known as the "Valley of Gods". Manikaran, This town is an important religious site for Hindu and Sikh religion. There are many temples and gurudwaras locatedin this place and one can see large crowds here at any time of the year.
Evening return to hotel. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 06: Overnight Manali to Delhi Volvo bus
Day at leisure or try your hand at white water river rafting. Evening drop to Manali bus stand for you to board the bus to Delhi
