Shift: Day (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
Start making outgoing calls to different US insurance providers to find out the status of medical claims that have not been paid or have been paid in full.
Keep a well-organised worklist and effectively manage a portfolio of allocated accounts.
Sometimes get in touch with patients to get the information you need or to address any confusion.
Create weekly or daily reports on follow-up efforts, settled claims, and AR status.
To keep improving performance, take part in feedback sessions and quality checks.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
