Responsibilities
Oversee the entire hiring process, including campaigns for mass hiring.
Organise and lead the onboarding process for new employees.
Plan campus placement efforts in conjunction with educational institutions.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events on behalf of the company.
Establish and preserve ties with recruitment partners and possible applicants.
Make sure the onboarding process runs smoothly and help new hires get used to the business culture.
Ensure that all hiring operations are accurately documented, and give the HR manager regular updates.
Keep updated on the most effective hiring and talent acquisition strategies as well as industry trends.

Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
