As you are aware, the latest HR survey states that 47% graduates in India are not fit for any job and 75% of the graduates are not fit to enter suitable profession matching their academics due to lack of professional or employability skills. Our further research on this finds that the graduates are not fit to be employable because of their lacking in language skill, life skills and other soft skills. So, in order to empower this segment of unemployed graduates with required specific skills, PRISM is training graduates with the following subjects and make them employable.
