Responsibilities:
Apply sustainable corrective and preventative measures (CAPA) and perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurrent equipment failures.
Assure the maintenance team's efficient performance of PM schedules, reducing downtime and extending equipment life.
Oversee initiatives for ongoing improvement in the paint shop operations-specific maintenance department.
Oversee the seamless handover, testing, and validation of recently installed or upgraded systems.
Serve as an escalation point and technical specialist for difficult maintenance problems.
Skills:
ability to read and comprehend intricate P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
knowledge with CMMS software.
knowledge of safety rules and quality requirements.
