Job description :

Knowledge of spray painting techniques (manual and automated)
- Understanding of paint properties
- Check parts for defects such as dust, grease, or deformation before painting.
- Mix paints and coatings to required viscosity, color, and finish.
- Inspect painted parts for coverage, uniformity, texture, and finish.
- Perform rework on rejected parts as needed.
- Clean and maintain spray guns, booths, compressors, and other equipment regularly.
- Ensure proper ventilation and safe functioning of the paint booth.
- Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals and flammable materials.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area to avoid fire and health hazards.
- Record production details such as quantity painted, material usage, and defects found.

Pay: 25k - 40k per month
