Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Application Development:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale web applications using Java Spring Boot and MongoDB.
- Build reusable and scalable code following design patterns and best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems and third-party APIs.

2. Collaboration and Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers, to identify and clarify project requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications to deliver high-quality solutions.

3. Performance and Scalability:
- Optimize application performance to ensure scalability, security, and reliability in handling large volumes of data and transactions.
- Implement best practices for performance tuning and monitoring of the application.

4. Code Quality and Reviews:
- Participate in regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on improving code quality and efficient development practices.

5. Cloud Deployment:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and operations on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Ensure smooth CI/CD processes to deploy application updates quickly and efficiently.

6. Security and Compliance:
- Implement security measures, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption, to protect applications and user data.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company security standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and experience deploying applications on these platforms.
- Understanding of best practices related to performance optimization, scalability, and security in a cloud environment.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
