Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller in the international voice process for medical billing, located in Chennai.

The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on claims with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursements, and resolving claim denials effectively.

The position requires excellent communication with payers and clients to handle billing and payment-related inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and medical billing procedures

Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly for handling international voice processes

Knowledge of claim follow-up, denial management, and insurance policies

Ability to analyze and address billing discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues

Proficiency with relevant medical billing software and tools

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in AR calling or international voice processes in the healthcare domain is an advantage

Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
