Your Impact:
seeking a highly experienced and technically astute Senior Engineer for Business Development. You will be pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving significant revenue growth within the injection moulding domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of injection moulding processes, materials, and applications, coupled with exceptional sales and negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving business development targets in a technical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans and initiatives to achieve revenue growth targets within the injection moulding sector in Chennai and South India.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking within the plastics and moulding industries in Chennai, industry events, and targeted outreach to relevant companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target injection moulding companies in Chennai and the region.
Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and sales forecasts for the injection moulding sector in the Chennai region.
Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and commercial terms for new injection moulding opportunities, considering technical complexities and material costs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with new clients in collaboration with legal and finance teams, ensuring technical specifications are accurately reflected.

What you Need:
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Understanding of contract negotiation and legal aspects of business development in India, specifically within manufacturing agreements.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a target-oriented environment.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
