Responsibilities:
Make sure that all electrical designs take into account Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Serviceability (DFS).
Examine vendor designs and documentation and perform technical bid evaluations (TBE) for vendor proposals.
Participate in the creation of departmental best practices, protocols, and standards.
Encourage efforts to continuously enhance the design, dependability, and maintenance techniques of electrical systems.
Encourage and uphold a robust safety culture across all electrical engineering endeavours.
Create thorough technical specifications, test plans, engineering reports, and other project documentation.

Qualification:
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities.
Certification in relevant areas is a plus.

Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs
