The B.Des (Interior Design) program is one of the rare professional degrees offered by the school, since it is a 4-year program specializing in the Interiors of all kind of buildings such as star hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, apartments etc. The primary goal of the program is to equip budding designers with the theoretical knowledge, technical skills and professional ethics needed to practice Interior design. Graduates of the program have a strong grounding in aesthetics and design, have highly developed problem solving skills and the ability to bring together the various elements of interiors, to produce a work of art.

The School is renowned for its distinguished alumni with nearly 40% of each graduating batch going abroad for higher studies or employment, since 1997. Approximately, about 75% of the undergraduates go on to become leading architects and designers, who are gainfully employed in leading architectural practices in the country and abroad. About 25% of the students pursue higher education to earn a Masters degree in Architecture and allied subjects. Students are employed not only as architects, but also as project managers, contractors, developers, and in fields outside the construction industry.
