Job Description
Focus: In a factory setting centred in Chennai, place special emphasis on the fundamental skills of skilled arc welding, metal fabrication, and rigorous attention to safety and quality standards.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you ll Do:
Perform various arc welding processes on a range of metals according to blueprints, drawings, and welding procedure specifications (WPS) relevant to our Chennai projects.
Accurately read and interpret complex blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols, ensuring precise execution for projects in Chennai.
Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, performing minor repairs and reporting significant issues to maintenance personnel in our Chennai plant.
Accurately document welding processes, materials used, and maintain detailed records as per company and project requirements in Chennai.
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including fitters, fabricators, and engineers, to ensure seamless project completion in our Chennai facility.

What you need:
Comprehensive knowledge of various welding materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) and their specific welding characteristics relevant to Chennai's manufacturing needs.
Experience using a variety of precision measuring tools to verify weld dimensions and quality.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
A strong commitment to safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment in our Chennai facility.
