Responsibilities
Examine medical records and paperwork to assign the proper PCS and ICD-10-CM codes.
Verify the completeness and correctness of the codes assigned for complicated inpatient cases.
To fix coding errors and clarify documentation, speak with the leads.
Verify adherence to ethical norms, rules, and code guidelines.
Keep abreast of modifications to coding standards and laws.
Adhere to patient confidentiality and data security rules and procedures.
Proficiency in reading, evaluating, and interpreting medical records and coding standards
Excellent precision and attention to detail
CPC Certification is Required

Qualification: Any Degree in life science / B Pharm/M.Pharm
Salary: From 15K Per Month
