Our vibrant team in Chennai is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist with a great deal of attention to detail and experience. As a key member of our US healthcare clients' revenue cycle management team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate medical claim submission, careful follow-up on unpaid invoices, and efficient billing dispute resolution. Proficiency in US medical billing procedures and coding schemes, as well as a dedication to patient privacy and adherence to regulations, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
Verify the accuracy and completeness of patient demographics, insurance details, and medical records before generating a claim.
Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims with diligence to guarantee prompt and full recovery.
Examine EOBs/ERAs for patient duties, write-offs, and contractual modifications.
Respond to patient billing questions in a courteous and professional manner, outlining costs, insurance coverage, and available payment methods.
As required by HIPAA, maintain the strictest secrecy regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
Create and deliver reports on creditor performance, rejection patterns, and outstanding accounts.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Graduation
