Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNC Setter to join our team. As a CNC Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our CNC machines by setting up and configuring them for production runs.

Requirements:
Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills) according to work orders, engineering drawings, and CNC programs.
Select and install the appropriate tools, fixtures, and workholding devices.
Load and unload raw materials onto the CNC machine
Monitor machine operations, observe cutting processes, and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and surface finish.

Skills:
CNC Machine Operation: Experience in operating CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills).
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Measurement & Inspection: Proficiency in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
Safety Awareness: Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Location: In and Around Chennai
