Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Education: Any Basic Degree
Responsibilities
To identify trends, patterns, and variances, look over rejection reports, payment posting reports, AR ageing reports, and other financial data.
Find the root causes of claim rejections, underpayments, and reimbursement delays.
Examine claim denials in detail to identify payer trends, coding/billing errors, and reoccurring issues.
To prevent denials in the future, collaborate with the billing and coding teams to develop and implement corrective action plans.
Qualification:
a track record of success in AR analysis or a similar position in the medical billing sector.
strong knowledge of insurance and medical billing procedures, including familiarity with ERAs and EOBs.
familiarity with insurance payment procedures and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10).
ability to use invoicing and practice management software programs effectively.
Proficient in problem-solving and analysis, capable of deciphering intricate billing information.
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
