Your Impact:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Supervisor to lead and oversee our production team in Chennai. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in your assigned area within our Chennai facility.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor production output, identify and resolve production issues, and minimize downtime.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to production team members.
Train and mentor production staff on job duties, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

What you Need:
Knowledge of quality control procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safe work practices in a manufacturing setting in India.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with production tracking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
