Job Description
Primary Task: to supervise and plan daily production tasks at the Chennai manufacturing facility, guaranteeing effective workflow, adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and production goals.

Responsibilities
Put production schedules into action and make sure that labour, tools, and supplies are used effectively.
Assign team members duties and responsibilities.
Encourage a cooperative and upbeat work atmosphere.
Quickly identify and resolve quality-related concerns by putting remedial measures in place.
Verify that all applicable regulatory criteria are being met.
Make sure routine maintenance is done on basic equipment.
Make ensuring that work-in-progress and completed goods are accurately tracked.

Required Abilities:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment in Chennai.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication (in English and preferably Tamil), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
