In order to promote continual improvement in product quality and process reliability, this function entails putting quality control systems into place and keeping an eye on them, performing inspections, analysing data to spot patterns, and working with the engineering and manufacturing teams. The ideal applicant will have a solid engineering background, practical expertise with high-grade tools, and a steadfast dedication to attaining superior manufacturing quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Make sure that every quality control procedure complies with corporate quality management systems and ISO standards.
Keep thorough quality records and properly record inspection results.
Determine, classify, and record non-conforming goods or procedures.
Participate in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects that aim to increase productivity and decrease errors.
Create thorough trend analysis, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality inspection reports.
Encourage supplier development projects and quality audits.

What you Need:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English for technical discussions, reports, and coordination.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile
