Job Description
Responsibilities
In charge of the entire moulding process, including the processing of raw materials, the configuration of the machine, the creation of the components, post-molding procedures, and the first quality check.
To find patterns and the underlying causes of problems, analyse production data and put effective preventative and remedial measures in place.
Keep an eye on the upkeep, repairs, and best usage of all the department's tools and moulds.
Throughout the moulding processes, make sure that all safety procedures, quality management systems, and environmental laws are strictly followed.
Skills
Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Tamil.

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs
Qualification: Any BE/CIPET Degree
Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
