Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to friday
Responsibilities
Configure, run, and keep an eye on VMC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
Workpieces can be loaded onto and unloaded from the VMC.
Choose and set up workholding equipment, fixtures, and cutting tools.
Carry out a variety of machining tasks, such as tapping, drilling, boring, and milling.
Skills:
demonstrated expertise in setting up, running, and troubleshooting VMC machines.
the capacity to read and comprehend job instructions, drawings, and blueprints.
Accurate use of precision measuring tools, such as dial indicators, micrometres, and callipers.
the capacity to carry out repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time.
