What you ll Do:
Make outgoing calls to US insurance providers to find out the status of medical claims that have been denied, underpaid, or unpaid.
Work together with internal teams to obtain the information that is required or address the root causes of denials.
Plan your daily tasks to maximise your calling efforts and meet your collection goals.
Make sure that every resolution and follow-up action is accurately recorded for audit trails and future use.
Respect all corporate policies, payer guidelines, and client-specific regulations pertaining to the revenue cycle and claims follow-up.

What you need:
