Day - 01 Morning arrival at the Trichy Airport. Transfer to Hotel

After the breakfast, Visit the famous temple for Lord Vishnu in a small city “ Srirangam” and the Rockfort temple and then have a free walk in the commercial streets around the Rock Fort.

Day – 02 Trichy – Palani – Kodaikanal

Day – 05 Madurai - Kanyakumari

After the breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari where the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian sea and the Indian ocean meet. In the late afternoon, visit the Vivekananda’s Rock, Tiruvalluvar Statue, Gandhi Memorial Hall, Kanniyakumari Temple etc. In the evening have a wonderful look to the sunset.

Day – 06 Kanyakumari – Rameshwaram

In the morning, after the sunrise drive to Rameshwaram. Enroute visit one of the famous temple of Muruga in the city of Tiruchendur near the sea shore. In the afternoon, Then continue your drive to reach Rameshwaram in the evening. Have a darshan in Ramanathaswamy temple and take a holy bath in the 22 temple tanks for purification.

Day - 07 Rameshwaram – Thanjavur

In the morning, drive to Thanjavur. Enroute visit the Ganesha temple in the village Pillayarpatti, then to the temple of Muruga in the village of Kundrakudi, and proceed to Thanjavur. In the evening have a visit to the Big Temple in the city of Tanjore, a World Heritage UNESCO monument.

Day – 08 Thanjavur –Kumbakonam – Vaitheeswaran Koil

After the breakfast, proceed to Vaitheeswaran Koil. Enroute visit the famous temple for Lord Muruga which is one of the sacred abode in the village of Swamimalai. This temple is one of the holy abode for Lord Muruga where he taught the meaning of OM to his father Lord Shiva. Then have a look into fabrication of bronze statues in the same village, Then drive to Kumbakonam, the temple city. Visit the Navagraha Temples in and around Kumbakonam.

Day – 09 Vaitheeswaran Koil - Chidhambaram – Tiruvannamalai - Tirupathi

In the morning, have to drive to Chidhambaram, visit the most famous temple of Lord Nataraja(Lord Shiva exists in the form of “Sky”) in Chidhambaram. Then continue your drive to Tiruvannamalai where you can visit the temple for Lord Shiva ( Shiva in the form of lingam - one of the five elements – fire) surrounded by big white entrance towers and then visit the famous Rama Maharishi Ashram where you can feel the peace and purity together. Then proceed your drive to Tirupati.

Day – 10 Tirupathi – Kanchipuram

In the morning, Have a darshan in Tirupati Balaji Temple and drive to Kanchipuram, the silk city and also the holy city of Tamil Nadu. Enroute visit the famous temple for Lord Muruga (One of the sacred abode of Lord Muruga). Then continue your drive to reach Kanchipuram in the evening and visit one or two temples namely Kamatchi Amman Temple and Ekambareshwara Temple. Have a rest in the hotel.

Day – 11 Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram - Chennai

After the breakfast, drive to Mahabalipuram which is the ancient port of the Pallava Dynasty in the 8 th century. In the afternoon, visit the World Heritage Sites of Mahabalipuram namely Sea Shore Temple, Five Rathas and Arjuna’s Penance etc. Then continue your drive to Chennai, the grand capital of Tamil Nadu State. Have a rest in the hotel.

Day – 12 Mahabalipuram – Chennai
