We are looking for highly experienced, disciplined Tandoor Chef for Indian Restaurant.

Job Requirements:

- Need Diploma/Bachelors degree in catering and hotel management
- Minimum 5-10 Years of cooking experience plus knowledge on additional items mentioned below

Job Description:

- To handle Tandoor Oven and prepare best-in-class tandoori breads, kebabs etc
- Should prepare varieties of North indian specialities (curries/masalas/briyani etc)
- Should handle atleast 25-30 customers at a time.
- Maintain proper stock level of ingredient inventory
- Passionate about creating quality, suggesting new menus and upkeep hygiene/cleaning of Kitchen
- Very Good product knowledge on other Indian food styles (south indian/Continental )
- Capacity to train and coach
