We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. As a Payment Posting Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments received from patients and insurance companies.

Requirements:
Accurately post payments from various sources, including insurance companies, patients, and third-party payers, to patient accounts.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials.
Reconcile daily payment batches and ensure accuracy of postings.
Analyze payment trends and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Skills:
High level of accuracy and speed in data entry.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications, including practice management systems and spreadsheets (Excel).
