Educational Qualifications:

For Mechanical -> First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering.

For Electrical -> First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

For Electrical - AC and Refrigeration -> First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

For Instrumentation -> First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

For Instrumentation -> First Class full time B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering.

For Safety -> A recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology. (or) Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Chemistry and M.E. (Industrial Safety) or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu.

For HR -> Full time Arts / Science /Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HRM (or) Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR.

Experience: (as on 01/11/2015)

For Plant Engineer -> Should have minimum 8 years of post qualification experience.
For Assistant Plant Engineer -> Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience.
For Manager -> Should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience.
For Deputy Manager -> Should have minimum 14 years of post qualification experience.
For Assistant Manager -> Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience. For Officer -> Should have minimum 8 years of post qualification experience.
