1. Bachelor s Degree /Dip in Mechanical.

2. 2+ years operations experience

3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants

4. Able to lead root cause analysis investigations

5. Proficient with MS Office

6. Able to explain training material to our operating staff

7. Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting

8. Excellent communication skills

9. To plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control all the functions of the unit.

10. To ensure that all the departments of the units are functioning properly and effectively in order to achieve the organizational objectives.
