Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on molds based on scheduled intervals or usage.

Disassemble and inspect molds for wear, damage, or other issues affecting performance.

Conduct repairs or refurbishments including polishing, welding, replacing components (ejector pins, springs, bushings, etc.).

Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance activities, including work completed, parts replaced, and next maintenance schedule.

Troubleshoot mold issues during production and collaborate with production teams for quick resolution.

Ensure all molds are stored in proper condition with corrosion protection and clean surfaces.

Work with the engineering/tooling team to document mold design changes or improvements.

Ensure use of proper tools and follow safety procedures in all maintenance tasks.

Maintain the mold storage area and maintenance workspace in an organized and clean condition.

Assist in mold trials, validations, or new mold commissioning as needed.

Keep inventory of critical spare parts and consumables and notify when stock is low.

Pay: 50k to 1L per Month
