Job Description
As Trainee Site Engineers in Chennai, we are looking for motivated, aspirational, and newly qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineers to join our team. For recent grads or those with little site experience, this is a great entry-level opportunity to hone their abilities and acquire practical knowledge under the supervision of seasoned professionals. You will assist with site operations, gain knowledge of many project execution facets, and help our engineering and construction projects be completed successfully.

Responsibilities
Track work progress against the project timeline and report any discrepancies.
Acquire the ability to decipher quality control plans and help keep quality documentation.
Make sure that every employee on the job site is wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
Help supervisors and foremen understand drawing details.
Study the fundamentals of quantity surveying documentation and principles.
Become familiar with inventory control practices.

Strong communication abilities in Tamil and English, both in writing and speaking

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
