Job description :

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Females only)
Capability to recruit in bulk numbers within a short span of time.
Sourcing potential Candidates through job fairs, job portals, on-campus/off-campus drives, etc.
Ability to screen Candidates resumes and job applications.
Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person).
Ability to review applicants' documents and conduct background checks.

Eligibility:
Female candidates only.
MBA(HR) / Any Graduates/ PG Diploma in HR.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (0-3 yrs).
Exposure to BPO/ITES Recruitments would be an added advantage.
Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
Ability to speak in any other regional language will be an added advantage.
