Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have completed ITI or Diploma in Fitter/Turner and possess basic knowledge of machine operations, fitting, and machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures
Perform fitting and turning activities as required
Read and understand basic engineering drawings
Set up machines under supervision
Conduct basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Inspect finished products to ensure quality specifications are met
Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of fitting and turning operations
Understanding of measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
Ability to read basic technical drawings
Good mechanical aptitude
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of safety practices in workshop/production floor

Pay: 18k to 35k per month
