Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Software Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions using React JS, ensuring that the applications meet business needs and technical specifications.

2. Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.

3. Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by optimizing code and ensuring smooth user interactions.

4. Bug Fixing & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues that may arise during the development process to ensure a smooth user experience.

5. Code Quality & Maintenance: Help maintain the organization, structure, and quality of the codebase by adhering to best coding practices and maintaining consistent standards throughout the development cycle.

6. Code Reviews & Standards: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards, share feedback, and ensure the consistency and reliability of the application.

7. Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and tips to help them improve and grow.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them where appropriate to improve product quality.

9. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, including workflows, development methodologies, and tools, to increase team productivity and efficiency.

10. Requirement Translation: Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

11. Security & Data Protection: Implement best practices for application security and data protection, ensuring that the software complies with security standards and protocols.

12. Application Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience by focusing on both client-side and server-side performance.

13. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the software, reducing the likelihood of bugs in production.

Salary: From 30K to 45K per month
