Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations, collect and compile data, documentation, and evidence, while maintaining accurate and detailed notes throughout the process.
2. Client Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of reports to meet client expectations and SLAs.
3. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve regular and non-routine problems; escalate complex issues to the Team Leader, Line Manager, or Unit Head as needed.
4. Transaction Management: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements (SLAs).
5. Confidentiality: Adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information during investigations and transactions.
6. Tool Utilization: Use established tools and procedures to solve task-related problems effectively and efficiently.
