Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Maintenance of CNC, Cold Forging Machines, and Presses: Ensure efficient maintenance of critical machinery to maintain operational effectiveness and uptime.

2. SPM Machine Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks on Special Purpose Machines (both machining and assembly) to prevent downtime.

3. Multi-Spindle Machine Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of multi-spindle machines like Davenport and Wickman, ensuring they run smoothly.

4. Fault Diagnosis and Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for both electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

5. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Engage in Kaizen, Just-in-Time (JH), 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and safety initiatives to drive operational improvements.

6. Quality and Environmental Management Systems: Participate in QMS, IATF 16949, and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) activities to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.

7. Utility Maintenance: Manage the maintenance of utilities to ensure operational efficiency across facilities.

8. Machine Uptime and Spare Management: Monitor machine uptime, manage spare parts inventory, and plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

9. Breakdown Reduction Strategy: Develop and implement a roadmap to reduce breakdowns, focusing on long-term maintenance improvements.

10. Shift Handling and Root Cause Analysis: Lead shift operations, conducting root cause analysis to resolve issues and improve processes.

11. Problem Solving Expertise: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in both electrical and mechanical domains to address technical challenges.

12. SAP and Daily Work Management: Utilize SAP for PR/RGP/NRGP tasks, spares posting, and manage daily work activities efficiently.
