Fruit and Vegetable Carving Courses have been chosen by the Caribbean Tourism Association as a training asset for its allow program and our Fruit Carving Curriculum has been supported by both the Thai and Malaysian Chef Associations. It is the first of its kind to win endorsement from the American Culinary Federation as a Continuing Education Provider.
