MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

Cabinets and Frames:
The Plywood supplied from MARINE with 18mm thickness. This is Water Proof, Termite Proof, and Heat Resistant. The plywood laminated both side with Merino brand lamination. The Back panel covered with 9mm plywood of the same brand of Marine. The standard inner box color is beach. Cabinet outer door panels are used decoratively on customer requested colors, where exposed, for a more finished appearance.

MDF Shutters (Medium Density Fiber):
We use 18mm MDF (Medium Density Fiber) for shutters. The shutter is Laminated on Back side and Foil Pressed on the Front side. MDF is a very dense type of wood made from very small, fiber-like particles. MDF is a much higher quality wood. Membrane skins are imported foil sheets, laminated on the 18mm water-proof MDF boards. The finishing is trendy and modern. You can opt for a carving or grooving on the Shutters.

Post Form Shutters:
These shutters are laminated flexible mica on 18mm Plywood/Particle Boards using latest lamination technology. The advantage of the post-forming technology is to avoid sharp edges and thereby giving the shutters a very sleek and stylish look.

Rubber Wood
The wood is light in weight and possesses attractive looks. The strength offered by this wood is far better than the ones offered by the traditional wood. The finishing that rubber wood offers is smooth and provides the same quality that is offered by teak.
