As an experienced professional in the Plastic Mould Industry, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience and proficiency in software such as Master Cam, Unigraphics, and Delcam (PowerMill).

Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Setting machines to complete full cycles for fabricating a large number of parts
- Supervising the machines during task execution
- Making necessary adjustments to improve results
- Checking and maintaining machinery daily to ensure optimal functionality

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Skills in operating VMC machinery and tooling
- Ability to use precision measurement tools
- Computer savvy with a basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software
- Mechanical aptitude, good mathematical skills, and effective communication abilities
