Tool presetting. inspection in progress. keeping the production log up to date.
documentation of tool life management of rejections throughout the process.
Notify the supervisor of any production non-conformances and machine issues.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and standing for long periods.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
