Job Description
Responsibilities
- Transaction recording and reconciliation: Accurately record all financial transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Financial reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports to provide an overview of the company's financial health.
- Cost and ledger analysis: Perform detailed cost analysis and general ledger reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Tax compliance and audits: Conduct tax audits, ensuring full compliance with regulations and timely submission of returns.
- Contract review and payment processing: Review contracts and handle the processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terms.
- Financial discrepancies resolution: Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies to maintain accuracy in records.
- System implementation: Create and implement new accounting systems and processes to enhance financial management.
- Strategic financial consulting: Provide management with financial insights and strategies to support business decision-making.
